China's Financial Industry Deal With The Mixed Operation Of The Order Of Arrangement

Under the back of the international financial line adoption commonlymixed-operation and China being about to jointing into WTO, this paper pointsout the essence of mixed-operation is not unilaterally " big and all-round" andthis operation style should take the promoting management accomplishment andenhancing the core competitive power as the target, by means of the analysis ofthe mixed-operation history of international financial line and authentic proof ofthe present situation of Chinese financial line This paper puts forward theviewpoint that Chinese financial line should select mixed-operation style as thecondition is ripe . Particularly , it contains four steps firstly , widening mixed-operation in present law's scope ; secondly, creating environment fitting withour mixed-operation ; thirdly , selecting experiments' spot and then graduallypushing ahead mixed-operation ; at last , proceeding with mixed-operationcompletely when condition is ripe. It includes two contents one is selecting themodel of mixed-operation. Considering history factors and practical feasibility,we should select the model of holding company by using the experience ofAmerica for reference ; the other is establishment of supervision structureComing the present situation of china finance supervision , our supervisionsystem should be established on the basis of "horizontal and comprehensivelegislation".
