Applied Research, Venture Capital In The Financial Asset Management Companies Debt

There have been arising tremendous ventures in China's money market, which concealed in the sustaining deterioration of the bad debts of banks. And the bad debts are mainly resulted from the deficits of State ?owned enterprises. The foremost purpose of setting up asset management corporations (AMCs) and implementing debts-to-shares conversion is to make the debts ?to ?shares enterprises change their management mechanism, get out of dilemma and eventually avoid and overcome the financial ventures. Based on the practical operation of the debts-to-shares conversion, this dissertation describes the operation and mechanism of venture capital, the characteristics of AMCs and the basic operation of debts -to-shares conversion. And then it discusses the application measures of venture capital while putting debts-to-shares conversion in practice. Finally, some valuable suggestions and countermeasures against the involved problems are proposed.
