Within the past more than 20 years' developing experience, it has been grown out of nothing, expand from a small to a large force. Until now, international contracting business of our enterprises have being taken more and more important effects in the field of our foreign trade and economic cooperation, Chinese international contracting enterprises have occupied a place in the global engineering market.Admittedly, Chinese engineering contracting enterprises have been also exposed many problems in the cruel international engineering market competition meanwhile. Among all these problems, I deems insufficient funds and can't circulate necessary funds are the most obstacle for the further development of the enterprises nowadays in the international engineering market which take advantage of capital sufficiency. In this article, I analyze and expound the importance of financing to Chinese enterprises engaging in international engineering contracting business, and disadvantage influence on shortage of ability to circulating necessary funds, combining with living examples occurred in the market, and further analyze and discuss the reasons why causing Chinese enterprises can't circulating necessary funds smoothly under two aspects of current international economy situation and condition of China In view of these reasons, I probe into the tactics of successfully solving circulating necessary funds for the enterprises in the fields of supporting by government' s policy, financial aid of banking organizations and strengthening the ability of circulate necessary funds by theenterprises themselves, and also introduce skills of funds management and utilization, the issue of how to avoiding financial risks for the enterprises in the period of implementing international contract projects."Go abroad" strategy put forwarded by president Jiang Zemin have pointed the way out for Chinese state-owned international engineering contracting enterprises. I sincerely hope, under the directions and helps of my teachers, my superficial analyze and research work could be helpful for finding a realistic way of extricating the enterprises from funds predicament, do what little I can on enhancing the actual strength of the Chinese stated-owned international engineering contracting enterprises.
