The Manager抯 competence, quality and self-encouragement is directly connecting with whether or not the group has enough capability to participate the competitive market both at home and abroad, and group抯 performance. This article is focusing on the Hua Yi Group抯 Development Plan, analyzing the status, weakness and real cause on the establishment of the. Managers incentive and restraining mechanism.
