Owing to more competence for time, shorter life circle of products and the start of the international management and global completion since 1 990s, the success to enterprises is not simply contributed to short or accidental products exploitation or flexible market strategies any more, but is regarded as embodiment of enterprises ability, which is regimented into the enterprises?culture and is not easily mimicked. In another word, there is a new inclination of enterprises strategical manage mental theory. The emphasis of competition advantageous theory begins to change into resource-based view of competitive advantage. The entrepreneurs change their researching viewpoint to the special ability of enterprises: the core competence of enterprises. Researches based on the condition of lots of companies show that the enterprises core competence plays an important role in the success of enterprises management. The theory of enterprises core competence has attracted an increasing interest in the field of enterprises theory and strategic management in 1 990s, and become fashionable in a time in the world. Under the contemporaneous background of competitive globalization and the changes of scientific progress day after day, however, the management of enterprises in China still keeps a low level at present, which starts at a low point in production, technology and serve fields, and has poor market competence. Many enterprises have no core competence because of their poor quality. Although some enterprises naturally form their core competence in practice, their behavior is unconscious and lack of conscious introduction sand managerial efforts. In theory, these enterprises have no necessary recognition about core competence, while in practical management, the shortage of systems that employ and cultivate core competence cause no stage for competitive advantages playing. Therefore, with the increasing forthcoming of China抯 entering into WTO, it is not only important, but also necessary and urgent to establish the recognizing, employing and cultivating system of core competence for the existence and development of China? enterprises. In this paper, firstly, the author expound the theory about core competence and its practical significance to China?enterprises from the positive analysis angle. On the basis, the author consider that the employment of core competence management of China?enterprises has two meanings. The first one is the problem of recognition and employment, and second one is the problem of cultivation. Hence, from the angle of management, and on the basis of deep practical researches of case enterprises, the author employs value theory and accurate data to positively analyze the management of enterprises. Firstly, he gives an introduction to the general condition, the condition of products, the statement of assets and liabilities, and the management situation. Secondly, on the basis of analysis of the value chain and the resource advantages and disadvantages of enterprises, the author can determine the ability of the enterprises. On the basis of this ability, the author recognizes the core competence of HengLi Company梙igh quality manufacture. The author also analyzes the problems that will influence the function of its core competence and offers the ways to solve these problems.
