Few Ideas On Improving The Autonomy Of China's Ethnic Autonomous Areas

Regional National Autonomy is one of the basic political institutions of our state. Regional National Autonomy Law,which occupies an important legal states,is a basic law to carry out the regional national autonomy and to solve the ethnical problems. Autonomy,the core of regional national autonomy system, is also its main part and syrnbol.Any activity of the organs of self-government must be according to it. Its being complete or not influences the social effect directly.Especially nowadays when the restructuring of economic systems is speeding up,the interchange among different areas or counties is much more frequent,and China is to join WTO,so the improvement of autonomy seems to be more urgent and significant. Here according to the study on autonomy implement and comparison between the former autonomy law system and the new one,I want to talk about self-government organization as well as its autonomy,and put forword my tentative plans,which must be under the principles of maximum, feasibility and absorbing.Further more by studing on how to enlarge the autonomy, how to dispose the right of the organs of self-government,how to ensure the implement of the autonomy and how to supplement autonomy laws,I also want to give several proposal on how to improve and perfect the autonomy of China抯 autonomous regions.
