Yanbian Development Of Eco-environmental Effectiveness Of Economic Research

Developing the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection is a strategic choice for the development of Yanbian in the twenty梖irst century. It conforms to the modern theory of sustainable development as well as the reality of Yanbian. Yanbian, a border area of minority nationality, is an economically developed area whose ecoenvironment and natural resources have been destroyed to various degrees. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the strategy of the sustainable development and protect the ecoenvironment and natural resources. It is reasonable to drive forward the economic development of Yanbian area on the premise of restoration and reasonable use of natural resources and ecoenvironment. Establishing the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection is the best choice for Yanbian economic development. There is a feasibility of establishing the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection in Yanbian. WI th decades of probe and experience, people have realized that the development mode with sacrificing the resources and environment could not achieve the stable and sustained development of economy. Considering the reality of Yanbian Prefecture, there is a bigger probability of establishing the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection than the risk that the establishment of the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection faces. Renewable resources, especially the intensive development and deep processing of the biological resources, which form the 搈onopoly economy?are the advantage of the ecology industry. Improving the ability of technology innovation is the basic guarantee for the establishment of the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection and for the realization of the stable and sustained development supported by the resources and ecoenviroment. The paper consists of five parts: firstly, the rationale and basic concepts of the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection; secondly, the an~ilysis of the current economy and ecoenviroment in Yanbian; thirdly, the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection in yanhian; fourthly, the strategies for developing the beneficial economy of ecoenviroment protection in Yanbian; and finally, the suggestions for the development of the beneficial economy of ecoenvironmental protection in Yanbian.
