Insurance is a significant component of financial systenf, which plays an important role in accelerating reformation, guaranteeing economy, stabilizing society and benefiting the people. Insurance companies?management in our country is relatively backward, which has greatly restrained their longerm and healthy development. In order to change such a situation, it is vital to establish correct management thinking and scientific management measures. On the basis of the fundamental framework of insuranceompany management, this thesis put forward an assumption of management appropriate to the situation in our country and stated the future development of insurance companies. The body is divided into five parts as follows:1.An introduction is made to the history and the institutions of insurance in our country.2.A strategyentered management framework was proposed in view or the features of our country insurance.3.Primary problems of insurance management in our country were raised and an analysis of them was made.4.An assumption of insurance company management was put forward, in accord with the current development of our country?s insurance.5.The development tendency of the world insurance and the development direction of China insurance and insurance companies was pointed out.
