On The Legal Relationship

The dissertation is on legal relation. It includes five parts. Part I is about the basic definition of legal relation. The author intends to put forward a scientific definition, that is, from two aspects: formal and actual to understand the subject by analyzing all sorts of theory on Legal relation. Part II is about the character of legal relation. It contains how to know the issue correctly, in detail, the key is the working field of legal relation. Part III is about the objectivity of legal relation. It describes common character or regularity and proposes some opinion on the basis of traditional jurisprudence. Part IV is about legal act. It is an important part of legal fact, and emphasizes legal behavior and its common characters. The last part comes to conclusion.
