| During the twenty years of reform policy, private enterprises that have gone through a long way from nonexistence to existence as well as from weakness to strength have made considerable development and have made great contribution to the development of socialistic economy. Most private enterprises adopt the family administration mode that plays a positive role in the initial development period of private enterprise. In the process of initial development, private-owned enterprises have indeed demonstrated their high flexibility and competitive strength. Furthermore, they create high operation efficiency and economic profits. However, with the transformation of the market in our country from Seller to Purchaser, the competition among enterprises has come to be more and more fierce, and the self-scale of enterprises has been continuously enlarged. As the result, private enterprises have to be confronted with more and more operation pressure. Under this situation, our private-owned enterprise, with former family administration mode that is extensive and depending on direct experience cannot adapt to the change of situation any more. Such innate defects of private-owned enterprise as comparatively blocking information, low quality of manager and simplicity of products have been exposed in the extreme competition situation. These defects have fettered the development seriously and make the enterprises fall into dire straits. Trying to be out of family administration mode, most of private enterprises have made useful exploration. On the basis of analysis about the Chengdu Mtgreen Pharmaceutical Ltd, which tries to make use of securities market to establish modern enterprise system, this article tends to explore the efficient way for private enterprise getting out of family administration mode. Meanwhile, it will put forward several proposals for private enterprise to throw off the current difficult situation and develop continuously as well.This article is divided into three chapters.The First Chapter, Introduce and analyze the family administration mode of private enterprises in our country. By use of the Theory of Enterprise Life Period, it analyzes the reason why private enterprises in our country choose the family administration mode from traditional culture and economic view. Meanwhile, it also illustrates the necessity for private enterprise getting out of family administration mode in the transformation from "Infancy" to "Puberty" of enterprise life period. As the result, it makes clear that at different stages in life period private enterprise should adopt corresponding system and administration method. The Second chapter, Put forward the method, which can be used for reference, for private enterprise getting out of family administration mode. The core for private enterprise getting out of the family administration mode is to create necessary system for enterprise property right and efficient administration structure in accordance with modern enterprise system. Pursuant to the structure of modern enterprise system and governing structure, the administration tends to be transferred from family mode to professional mode. Management team is from kinsman to professional staff. The supervision about enterprise is turned over from patriarchal clan system to market.The Third Chapter is the most important part of this article--case analysis. On the basis of the description of thought and operation method, through which Chengdu Mtgreen Pharmaceutical Ltd. tries to make use of securities market to establish modern enterprise system, it analyzes the peculiarity of company getting out of the family administration mode for reference of private enterprises in country. Through the above theoretical research and case analysis, the problem of family administration method of private enterprise is further defined.
