China's Highway Investment And Financing System

On the basis of an analysis to current expressway investment and financing system, the problems existing and its adverse affect to the expressway development have been analyzed in this paper. And it makes a further demonstration to the economic features of expressway through re? recognizing the its role and position in the national economy, road network and comprehensive transport network. Using the successful experience of?other countries for reference, the paper puts forwards a concept of establishing and perfecting the expressway investment and financing system based on deeper studies to the economic mechanism concerning expressway investment and financing. Furthermore, the corresponding measures and ways are also provided in the paper from the aspects of state investment, financing from the social, utilizing the foreign tund and investment management, etc.
