China's Trade Secrets Law Protects Problems

Through comparatively researching the legislation on business secrets in our country and others, the author analyses the success and drawbacks of Chinese system of protecting business secrets. In this thesis, The author also discusses the importance and difficulties of protecting business secrets, relating the theory with the reality. Referring to the foreign experiences of legislation, the author puts forward the scheme of Chinese law of protecting business secrets. The whole thesis is composed of four chapters except for the preface and conclusion. Chapter One is about general demonstration of business secrets. Chapter Two is concerning the determination of the tort of business secrets and some other relevant issues. Chapter Three deals with the protection of business secret. Chapter Four is centered on the perfection of the legal system of protecting secrets in our country. On the basis of the analysis above, The author demonstrates the success and experiences of protecting business secrets in other countries and then analyses the success and drawbacks of our legislation. After analyzing the difficulties and main points of protecting business secrets, the author puts forward the sketch of law of protecting business secrets in our country. In the conclusion part, the author generalized his main ideas on the protection of business secrets.
