Study Of The Development Strategy Of The Large State-owned Construction Enterprises

In this thesis, it is expatiated ampiy upon the problems, whys, suggestions, which are existing in the development of the civil constructin industry including the principal partæ¢'onstruction enterprise and the object ?construction administration system, with a lot of examples and datas in the ways of contrasting, analyzing and etc. The development survey of China Construction Industry since China economic reform is introduced in brief in Part One. It shows that Construction Industry is one of the most important support domain, and it also shows the situations of our market admittance system, investment supervising system, superintendent and consulting vocation, project cost system, and so on , which are all in the field of our construction adiministration system; either the development and the problems of our construction enterprises are discripted with datas in this part. Part Two is the hard core in the thesis. The hearty demand in our construction market is shown by the analysing of demand about the domestic and overseas construction market. Ulteriorly , surrouding the target of the continuing development in our construction industry, the extrusive problems of our construction administration system with the rapid developing are discussed and analysed impersonally in this part, such as market admittance system, investment supervising system, project cost system. At the height of developmental tactic, the thesis compares the best enterprise in China with the two famous enterprises in overseas developed country to show the big disparity between China and developed country such as enterprise scale, orgnization structure, supervising manner, strength of capital, technical innovation,etc., because the analyse would be lack of strength if we only analyse the inner factors about the problems of ourselves enterprises. ~59i~ ~ 99MBA- m Along with China taking part into WTO., the marketing shares which our construction enterprises have occupied will be striked down badly because our complex capacity is much lower than the multinational contractors. In the last of the thesis, we analyse the large commercial opportunity in the construction market and the influence of our principal part & object in the construction industry such as market protection, administration system, enterprise structure, complex capacity, etc. , in order to advance the reform of our construction industry in all of it抯 field as soon as possible, and salute to WTO. The thesis ananlyses these problems which have appeared in Part Two with pertinence, and give some means can solve them. The means are including: perfecting construction market system, construction structure adjusting and enterprise reforming, cost system reforming, market admittance, international contract. The main views are concluding as following: 1. The state large construction enterprise should be developed according to intensivism, high tech, multimode. And become super contrctor. 2. Adjust enterprise organization structure.
