This thesis is mainly on the program of strategies of intellectual resource development in Angang Group, based on the deeply and detailed investigation and analysis of the situation of the intellectual resource in Angang Group.In the world of today, science and technology are developing rapidly, knowledge economy can discern certain clues, and the national strength competition is increased day by day. Knowledge is considered as the first productive factor, science and technology is taken as no.1 productive force and intellectual resource is considered as the first resource. More and more steel enterprises have established and adjusted their strategies for their development to face the heated economy situation, rapidly changing technology and fast rhythm adjustment of production structure. Intellectual resource development is becoming more and more important. Firstly, this thesis states the intellectual and its definition, the relationship between the intellectualof view of the intellectual resource development. Furthermore it shows clearly the two aims, three rules and four levels as well as the position, function and purpose of the intellectual development. Secondly, this thesis analyses the situation of intellectual resource in Angang Group, compares and analyses the intellectual resource and its development in the enterprises in China and foreign countries. Last, based on the theory supervision and analysis and study of the intellectual resource situation, it states and shows the strategies of the intellectual resource development.Intellectual, as the carriers of knowledge, are the fresh troops in the system of innovation and the future of the enterprises' development. This thesis hopes tocontribute more to the intellectual resource development in Angang Group through this study.
