Stability In Rural Areas Of Research, Under The Conditions Of Market Economy

abstractSince China depends mostly on its development of Agriculture, the stability of rural area is a basic factor in China's stability. In order to solve this problem, we must first of all, develop rural market economy, and then, use necessary methods; for example, the legal systems, educational methods and state policies. The following essay discusses this question in .three parts.First is the elaboration about the key effect of the rural stability on the stability of our state, the establishment of our social market economic system and the development of national economy.In second part, the essay enumerates some serious factors which affect the stability of the rural area the rising of the crince rate in peasant, especially in the criminal case; the tension of the relation between cadres and the masses; the frequency of many evil phenomena, such as the rebound of the superstitious activities, the continuance of dispute among people and so on, in a word, various contradictions is comparatively centralized.In the last part of the essay, the author refers to several ways of solving the problem changing the function of the government in economy and directing peasants to market gradually; reducing the burden of the peasant and standardizing the cadre's behavior; strengthening the building of our legal system; regulating industrial structure and developing new agriculture which has the characteristics of high production high efficiency and high quality and also non ?agricultural enterprises.
