Since The Reform And Opening Up The Party's Private Economic Policy Analysis,

Taking Marxism and DengXiaoping Theory as guidance , Adopting analytical method of combining theory with practice and associating politics with economy , the author reviews the evolution of the Party抯 (CPC) policy on private businesses since the reform and opening up then ,analyzes the reasons why the present policy is correct, and puts forward some suggests on the basis of research for specific questions. The article is composed of three parts. Part one The evolution of the Party抯 policy on private businesses since the reform and opening up . From a micro-reviewing the process of development of private businesses and evolution of the Party抯 policy on it ,the basic conclusion can be drawn that the growth of private sector of economy actually is through itself pushing gradually policy-makers to change their ideas and adjust the policy . The development of private businesses is not only attributed to the factor of the Party抯 policy but also due to the profound economic root. Part two The analysis on the reasons why the Party encourages developing private businesses. The viewpoints are as follows First , in the primary stage of socialism , there is no material pre-condition that the private ownership should be eradicated . Third , the development of private businesses is the objective demand of a socialist market economy .
