A retired army from the old-age service system, further improve the construction of system of endowment service system in China, adapt to aging, enhance the problem of sustainable development; is to protect the basic rights and interests of retired army personnel, and improve the pension service system in our country; and promote social fairness and justice, to speed up the integration of old-age service system the development of our country.Combining the actual policy of old-age service system in China, to Scientific Outlook on Development and "strive to build a China characteristics of social endowment service system" as a guide, the approach to the fundamental, using the relevant theories of public management science, sociology, geriatrics, old psychology, in order to build Chinese characteristics moderate Pratt & Whitney the old-age service system as the goal, based on existing veterans pension mode, explore the path integrated military and civilian endowment service system; and has carried on the detailed discussion and practice inspection, and puts forward some measures and suggestions.Based on the prototype of Beijing’s problems, combining theory with practice, system analysis, put forward policy suggestions and corresponding, in order to provide the reference for the reform of China’s army of old-age service system smoothly.
