Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Yangzhou Municipal Government In Entrepreneurship Construction

Along with the acceleration of global economic integration and the greatly adjustment of international industrial structure, the environment of enterprises in Yangzhou has changed greatly. The caltivation of entrepreneur plays a very key role in the development of the enterprises. The team of entrepreneurs is an important part of the talent team in Yangzhou. To caltivative the entrepreneurs and to bring up a large number of outstanding entrepreneurs in the new period is one of the important tasks of the talent work in Yanzhou. And it is the most urgent task to promote the development of our industrial economy.Study and explore the problems of caltivation of the entrepreneurs in Yangzhou make efforts to accelerate the development of enterprise team and promote economic development. Based on the definition of entrepreneurs,and the analysis and related problems such as ability and quality of the entrepreneurs, combined with normative analysis and empirical research method, this paper find the problems of the growth of the entrepreneur and put forward the countermeasures through the in-depth and systematic analysis of the status of entrepreneurs teams in Yangzhou.This thesis attempts to solve the following problems:(1) the definition of the entrepreneur and the ability quality and environment for the growth of the entrepreneur; (2) the current situation in promoting building the entrepreneurs in Yangzhou; (3)the experience of other countries and regions;(4) the problem and the countermeasures to promote the entrepreneurs in Yangzhou.Based on the development of Entrepreneurs in Yangzhou in recent years, the paper focuses on the analysis on the policy and the effection of cultivation of the entrepreneur by Yangzhou government.The paper study the role that the local government should play in the construction of the contingent of entrepreneurs. And this article are mainly to give some adivises to promote the cultivation of the entrepreneurs in Yangzhou from the macroscopic and microcosmic layers.
