It is a hot potato for every country all over the world to dispose corruption problem.Even though the incorruptible country and district authenticated by Transparency International exist still the kind of behavior. Anti-corruption is regarded as a hot work.It makes sense to focus on the research of experience what Thailand does. Thailand, there have seemingly perfect anti-corruption system, However, it is key point that we should discuss why don’t the effect be prominent.I through the analysis of what’s the corruption problem in Thailand, why formation and its influence.Specially, Analyzes the measures about anti-corruption in law, organization structuring, cultural construction thought some typical case. Try to find the reason why Managerial result is failing under the seemingly perfect law system. Based on the study, there are three reasons writer thinks. Firstly, Power is concentrated in the hands of the cognitive elite. Secondly, the legal system contract is quit lagging. Punishing corruption cannot be effectively carried out.Thirdly; The country is short of constructing the culture of clean and honest government to fit in anti-corruption system. Moreover, China has different political system, different historical background, and different culture foundation than Thailand. Nevertheless, both of two countries face a serious corruption problem, especially, corruption of political power. In recent years, the relationship between cultural exchange and trade contacts become tighter and tighter. So I think to enhance cooperation and exchange in areas including anti-corruptionand pro-honesty. At the same time, I hope that the research will bring some new ideas in anti-corruption.
