Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Civil Jurisdiction

This paper discusses the content of the civil judicial power operation mechanism, and tries to see it from a perspective which is the principal role of civil jurisdiction. It starts with civil jurisdiction in grass-roots court, combining with the judicial reforms in the goal for the reform of judicial power and the civil trial run, find out the problem of civil judicial power operation mechanism in our country, and the civil judicial authority exercising main body and the outside of comparative analysis. Finally put forward some proposals to make the civil trial run better. This part mainly starts from the basic meaning of judicial power, and combine with Chinese scholars on the definition of civil jurisdiction. To perfect our country civil jurisdiction as reference in below parts.The fourth part:Suggestions on improving the operational mechanism of civil judicial power in China. This part is from the perspective of solving the problem from the point of the view, combined with the requirements of judicial reform on civil trial power ought to be, in summarizes the beneficial experience of practice based on put forward suggestions for improvement.
