In the 1970 s, John Rawls published book justice theory, in this book, Rawls on contemporary society how to solve the problem of social justice put forward a set of systematic theory, including the definition of the concept of justice, the way of the pursuit of justice, etc., how the profession the resulting launched the marxist view of the dispute over the question of justice. Including Alan Wood, Ziyad Husami and Alan buchanan, have expounded his views on this issue, and one of buchanan "Marx and justice" has an important role in the debate, and then after we will examine some ideas in many aspects of buchanan’s point of view to make a more comprehensive description of view "of Marx and justice" for us this problem. We first analyzed the different scholars views on this issue, they have put forward the problems and main point of view, and then discussed in buchanan views about Marx and justice, in-depth discussion of buchanan’s theory of rawls justice view. We concluded that the research is, buchanan don’t think some scholars believe that Marx’s theory of "justice" is wrong, he pointed out that Marx’s thought of communism justice will disappear, with the disappearance of the justice environment itself to this conclusion, buchanan that rawls’ s justice theory is relatively can achieve justice.
