| Marx’s view of interests is the view of safeguarding the interests of the proletariat. Chinese Communist Party always represent the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people, always keep the flesh and blood ties with the masses of the people, therefore, can correctly treat the interests, related to every one of the leading cadres can withstand the test, but also related to the socialist cause can move forward. Only we strengthen the ideological and political education of leading cadres,in order to make leading cadres firmly establish the concept of Marxist interests,always keeping in mind the party’s purpose, truly right for civilian, love the people,for the people stratagem, in the tide of building socialism with Chinese characteristics can stand the test. Therefore, it is a new task for the ideological and political work in the new normal situation to study the concept of Marx’s interests of leading cadres, which is of great significance to the construction of the party.In this study, adhering to the theory with practical principles, to the Marxist theory as a guide, emphasizing the importance of leading cadres to establish a Marxist interests concept and the leading cadres due to dilute the sense of purpose,Marxist interests concept lack of education, administrative system inertia delay and power supervision is not in place, and causes a series of problems proposed corresponding countermeasures, tries to guide the majority of leading cadres to establish the concept of Marxist interests, and safeguarding the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people. |
