Legal Protection Of Network Virtual Property

In this paper, the concept of virtual property and civil law concepts and the historical evolution of matter, elaborates the development of science and technology with the booming of the Internet age, the civil law matter in constantly enrich the connotation and extension and expansion, so that the virtual property has the legal property of matter, with the object to get into the property right protection possible, the need to further elaborate network of virtual property into property law protection feasible.The main contents of this paper consists of four parts, each part of which reads as follows:The first part of "virtual property overview", mainly on the concept of virtual property and characteristics, focusing on the virtual property with virtual, reality, value, legality, technology dependent characteristics.The second part of the "history of the evolution of the civil law matter", mainly on the history of the concept of civil law matter and traceability, the definition of common law, civil law and of the objective of expanding civil law matter, which summed up the matter of objective reality sex, disposable and value and other characteristics.The third part of the "virtual property law attributes to define", mainly on the theory of virtual property law for several views of the property, the author of virtual property "objects" of the legal property of view.Theoretical results of this study is that the legal property of virtual property explicitly defined as "objects" civil law, and the necessity and feasibility of virtual property will be protected, and thus the existence of a network of virtual property and the protection provided a clear legal basis.
