The rural grassroots cadres who play an irreplaceable role in rural construction are organizers and practitioners of our party lines, are the link between the people and the party and the government. After the new rural construction, great changes have taken place in grassroots cadres’ work, but it is still faced with some of the pressure and difficult, and every region of the grassroots cadres are faced with the problem which is also different. At present, focusing on rural grassroots cadres from the psychological level is less, and not founding the comparative study of different regions. By comparing rural grassroots cadres’ social attitudes in the three regions, the purpose is to found the differences between different regions.The study uses the preliminary revision of the rural grassroots cadres social attitudes questionnaire and social support rating scale and interview method to survey 419 rural grassroots cadres from Baoding,Dingxi and Haikou. The results of the survey shows:1.The preliminary revision of the rural grassroots cadres social attitudes questionnaire have good applicability to the object od this research, and has good reliability and validity.2.The rural grassroots’ social attitudes overall is good, and tend to positive.3. In different areas the rural grassroots’ social attitude is consistent, there are regional differences on evaluation in social problems, work identity,work motivation,evaluation of work reward,work relationships,life values and work attitude.4.Demographic variables comprehensive regional culture background and regional economy and national policy have a certain influence to social attitude and its various dimensions.5.Social support was significantly positively related with social.
