| Consultative Democracy is a new content of the socialist democracy construction in the 18 th CCP National Congress. Through exploring consultative democracy of Marxism and sorting out the practice experience of Chinese Communist Party(CCP) deliberative democracy, this paper will interpretive that consultative democracy theory will guide the advancing direction of Chinese socialist democracy.Consultative democracy is a newest democratic political theory content which based on the current national conditions of China and created by CCP according to the creatively combinations of socialist democratic of Chinese characteristic theory and the Marxism of democracy theory.Consultative democracy has abundance theoretical resources and practical experience in China. Three-third System theory and Peaceful Nationalization theory are all created and implemented by CCP during the revolution of democratic and the transformation of socialist. The important practice achievements of consultative democracy in China are the establishments of political consultation system and multiparty cooperation system, which constitute the basis of practicing consultative democracy theory.Currently, consultative democracy is an essential part of the national governance system and capacity modernizations pushing forward by CCP. It is significantly important to improve socialist democracy and boost harmonious society construction.In the future, consultative democracy will drive grassroots democracy construction, diversity consultative subjects and specification consultation procedures.Only development tracing this way, consultative democracy can be able to effectively promote the development of socialist democratic political process. |
