This article is based on the recent progress and legislation practice of our country,and combines the foreign nation relevant provisions of co-Will to analysis the co-Will.Then puts forward the suggestions of building our co-Will system to resolve the debate of the theories and practice about co-Will system,and promote the inheritance law more perfect.The first chapter gives definition of co-Will and analyses the characteristics and function of co-Will to lay a foundation of further study.The second chapter analyses the legislation and related articles of co-Will in Germany,the United States,France,Japan and other countries.Paper combines and summarizes domestic research about co-Will,and proposes the suggestions to build our co-Will system.The third chapter is the core content of this article which based on the discussion of the above two chapters,and analyses the legislation and actual demand further in our country.Then puts forward the suggestions of building our co-Will system and legislation.
