Commercial and trade prosperity calling fit commercial characteristics for the settlement of disputes, commercial mediation system is the carrier of the mission. First of all, the comparison from the business mediation system and related system, problems of concept of business mediation system and basic principles are discussed; Secondly, the development history of Chinese business mediation system, and introduces the general development of Commercial Conciliation System of several developed countries, providing a reference for the perfection of the system of our country; Thirdly, analysis of Chinese business mediation system exists the weak, lack of legislation, procedures less main problem specification etc;Finally, the article put forward to expand the scope of the judicial confirmation process, the establishment of an effective mechanism of litigation and mediation, promoting mediation procedure standardization are proposed.
