| China has the world’s largest youth employment population, accounting for about 35% of the total population of our country, and many of them still did not have jobs. The data of National Bureau of Statistics of China show that in 2013, the registered urban unemployment rate was 4.1%, and the youth unemployment rate was about 12%,which is obvious that the youth unemployment rate is far higher than the social average unemployment rates. Youth employment is not only related to young people’s living conditions, but also related to social stability and national long-term development. In recent years, the vigorous development of social organization has opened up a new way for the youth employment, and the potential is huge. Promoting youth employment in the social organization can not only solve the employment problem of the youth population to a great extent, but also can inject new vitality into the development of social organizations and achieve a win-win situation finally. But now, because of the status quo of the social organizations and their own development characteristics of the youth, neither the role of the employment function nor the service function don’t play effectively.This paper aims to study the situation of social organizations attracting youth employment to find out the meeting point of social organizations to promote youth employment. This paper is divided into five sections. The first chapter elaborated the research background and the significance of the research, and study the social organizations at home and abroad in promoting the study of youth employment; The second chapter explains the concept and definition, and discusses the related theory of employment; The third chapter describes the employment situation and features faced by youth groups; The fourth chapter analyzes the status, potentials and problems of social organizations in promoting youth employment; The last chapter puts forward some suggestions on social organization promoting youth employment. |
