Total Quality Management In Case Investigation And Handling Of Applications

With the increasing intensity of the global competition,quality management is increasingly becoming the focus of the organizational management. Quality management has become a newly-emerging discipline, which is extremely comprehensive and practical.Related specialists stated that the 21st century is the century of knowledge and quality,and good and bad quality will be a strategical problem of survival and development of one country and organization. The theory of quality management is more and more widely applied,and the issue of quality management is also involved in the investigation and handling of the case of the Bodies of Discipline Inspection and Supervision.At present,the Bodies of Discipline Inspection and Supervision at all levels pay more and more attention to the quality of their handling cases.Therefore,it is an issue for the Bodies of Discipline Inspection and Supervision tofirmly establish awareness of quality and to play in effort the role of quality management in handling cases Under the guidance of the Deng Xiaoping's Theory,the "Three Representatives" Important Thinking and the Scientific Development View,this paper intends to learn from the theory of quality management and to make some exploration and analysis of the condtruction of innovative mechanism and system of the Bodies of Discipline Inspection and Supervision in the course of their investigation and handling of cases so as to improve the level of the investigation and handling of cases.Specific research methods includes:1.the theory of quality management, tables,charts, and other methods.2.the method of samples.3.the bibliogaphical method,that's,reference,application of related laws and regulations,rules of some party and administrative discipline and other relevant information.4.application of instructions of the Party and State leaders on the work related to the cases of the Bodies of Discipline Inspection and Supervision.The paper briefly genernates the meanings of quality management and system of overall quality management and simply analyses methods of statistical control of implementing quality management.The paper also analyzes the impact of the optimization of the selection of means of investigation and handling of cases on the quality and efficiency of handling cases,and provides the ways and basis of selecting the best investigation method. In this paper,the issue of etablishing scientifically the system of overall quality management of investigation and handling of cases of the Bodies of Discipline Inspection and Supervision is also preliminarily discussed and some concepts such as the costs,the control of quality of handling cases are introduced.Also,the paper makes some analysis of the key factors influencing the effectiveness of implementing quality management in the investigation and handling of cases and makes some attempts to build the model of quality control of investigation and handling of cases of the Bodies of Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
