Local College Cadres Of The Armed Police Force "acclimatized" And Countermeasures

Joining the army is becoming a hotter choice for college graduates. Along with the rising number of local college students cadres in the army, the problem that they are not acclimatized to the army is emerging. Therefore, it is of great importance to analyze and solve this problem. This study investigated the available papers and the reform practice, and summed up the actuality, problems and its reason of the local college students in CAPF. The analysis found that the performance of local college students cadres'"unacclimatized" problem can be summarized to psychological unbalance and misconduct. The reasons for this phenomenon were listed below. First, the short comings of local college students cadres themselves. Second, the defect of selection and training policy. Third, the external constraints caused by system and environment. To solve this "unacclimatized" problem, we need to dialectically reform the training mode of local college students cadres, improve the growing environment of local college students cadres, and exercise mental modulation of local college students cadres. Only by these means, can we solve the "unacclimatized" problem of local college students cadres, and make the cadre ranks of CAPF more modernized, more revolutionary, younger and better educated.
