The face of corruption and bribery that high intelligence, high hidden type of crime, prosecutors gather evidence in order to improve capacity, increase efforts to combat such crime, an urgent need to reform the current investigative methods, appropriate use of technical investigative measures against corruption and bribery to achieve criminal investigation of the target.Corruption and bribery investigation based on the difficulty, in many countries investigating authorities to give the right technical investigation. Technical investigative techniques used corruption and bribery cases investigated, is the common practice in most countries and trends in the practice of foreign law has accumulated a lot of experience.In China, the technology research is focused on the investigation from the technical point of view of scientific research and technological applications, and focus on the technical investigation of corruption and bribery cases of the system construction, reasonable research, development, human rights protection and reform of the research is not more.
