| Building the harmonious socialist society and constructing the country under therule of law are both main objectives for building a socialist country under the countryunder the rule of law build socialism with Chinese characteristics, which are also thecombining products of the Marxism with the Chinese practice and both of them areindispensable. According to the dialectic materialism, things are all interrelated.Building the harmonious socialist society and constructing the country under the ruleof law are also interrelated with each other. In the present work, the author firstpresents the concepts of harmonious socialist society and the country under the rule oflaw. After understanding their effects to the development of China, the influence ofthe building the harmonious socialist society to the constructing the country under therule of law is studied. The reason of the building the harmonious socialist society canpromote the constructing the country under the rule of law has been implied. Sincebuilding the harmonious socialist society and the constructing the country under therule of law are carried on under the leadership of Communist Party of China (CPC),they both share the same inner characteristic, theory and value. Compared withcountry of the rule of law, harmonious society is more abundant of contents, whichinclude all the social aspects. The construction of country of the rule of law focusesmore on the politic and economic fields, which can be compensated and improved bythe construction of harmonious society. The construction of harmonious society putforward new demands and provides a good environment of development for legalsystem construction and a solid basis for it to be carried out. At last, on the basis of agood understanding of harmonious society and country of the rule of law, and therelations in between, it is analyzed that how the construction of harmonious societypromotes that of the country under the rule of law. Starting with the deficiency ofcurrent status of our legal system, the compensation and improvement of thisdeficiency by the construction of harmonious society is pointed out, therebypromoting the construction of the socialist country of the rule of law. |
