Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, The Party's Work Style Thinking Theory

The work style of the Communist Party of China(CPC) is crucial to its image and survival. In the different periods of revolution, construction and reformation of China, Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping explore the theory and practice of CPC according to the problems existing in the process of the construction of the CPC's work style, and make many great achievements, which exist in that they combine the idea of the Party construction of Marxism with the construction practice of CPC and make a scientific summary of the experience of the construction practice of the Party, and on the basis of the above works, the theoretical system of the construction of work style of the Marxist Party with Chinese characteristics. Those theoretical results, as the scientic guide of the CPC's work style construction, lay a good foundation for expanding the fine style of work, containing unhealthy tendency, guaranteeing the good development and boosting smoothly the great wlorks of CPC. This peper, using the analysis of comparative research, summarizes the similarities and differences of ideas of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping on the CPC's work style construction, and make a primary exploration of its enlightenment on enchancing and improving the work style construction of CPC.This paper is consist of six parts.The first part clarified the theoretical and practical meaning of the comparative analysis of the ideas of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping on the work style construction of CPC, which aims to offer references for the theorization and systematization of the work style construction of CPC in the new period. This part recognises profoundly the excellent experiences and practices of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping on the work style construction of CPC and provides guidances to strengthen and improve the work style construction of CPC. Futhermore, this part also makes reviews and discussions on the literatures related to the ideas of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping on the CPC's work style construction, and states the writing ideas and research methods of this reseach.The second part compares the ideas of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping on the value of the work style construction of CPC. The similarities are that the work style construction of CPC relates to the unity and solidarity of CPC, the better social morality and the accomplishment of the main task of CPC. The differences are as follows:Mao Zedong makes a primary discussion of the important role of the fine work style on the survival of CPC, while Deng Xiaoping, focusing on the overall situation, proposes clearly that the work style construction of CPC matters the death and survival of CPC. Compared to Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping considers the importance of the work style construction of CPC from a more extensive standpoint. The work style construction must adhere to succession and innovation, the whole advancement and the target key points, frequent work and centural education.The sixth part mainly concludes the paper and makes a brief summary on the inherit and progress of Jiang zemin as the core of the central party committee and the party central committee with comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary on the ideas of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping on the work style construction of CPC. Meamwhlie, the last part also points out the future research on the the theoretical innovation and practice development of the work style construction of CPC.
