Talk About The History Of Concealment System Of Modern Criminal Law

This article is going to talk about the modern values of the mutual-concealing among the relatives in the modern Criminal Law. The mutual-concealing among the relatives is a very old system. It not only appear in ancient China but also appear in ancient western. This fact shows that the relatives concealment system is Consistent with human nature and it's a good system.But the relatives concealment system is not in the China's current Criminal Code. I feel very sorry about it and I want to suggest this system in the China's current Criminal Code.There are six parts in my article. The first part is the Introduction. It introduced the background and the Significance of the article. The second part is illustrate that the relatives concealment system have already become in ancient China and ancient western. The third part is introduce the system in the modern Criminal Code. The fourth part is two different views about the relatives concealment system. The fifth part is how to let the relatives concealment system in the China's current Criminal Code. The last part is Conclusion. I think we should put this system in the China's current Criminal Code.
