Analysis Of The New Era Of Inner-party Supervision System Construction

Every country in the world all thinks highly of the construction of the party in power, because it is related to the governing capacity of the party. Chinese Communist Party is the core of leadership of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. To strengthen the construction of the party, the CCP has to improve the inner-party supervision. The report of the CCP's seventeenth national conference pointed out:we should perfect the mechanism of restraint and supervision and ensure that the power given by the people always be used to serve the needs of the people. Thus, there is theoretical and realistic significance in the progress of improving the construction of inner-party supervision system. For one thing, improving the system can be regarded as the needs of maintaining the advanced nature of the CCP and carrying out the important thoughts of Three Represents. In the second place, it is good for ascending the governing capacity of the party to improve the construction of the system. Ultimately, it is good to strengthen the construction of clean government culture as well as the anti-corruption system. Since reform and opening up, the CCP has made great achievements in the construction of the system, however, we'd better take some practical measures aiming at the existed problems in accordance with the practical situation.The paper tries to analyze the trend of the development from the aspect of the construction of the system by combining with the situation the CCP is facing up. Besides, the part also points out the reasons which cause the problems. Only learning from the experience, can we make better of the construction of the system. The last part is the key part of the paper. The part mainly puts forward some specific methods coincided with the problems of the system by learning the past experience. For example, we could take the measures of perfecting the laws and regulations, strengthening the effectiveness of the construction, developing the transparency and other channels of the supervision.The epilogue of the paper sums up the problems and the suggestions. According to the basic principles of the mechanism of restraint and supervision, the methods and ideas should be theorized and clarified, which is beneficial to the practical development of the inner-party supervision system.
