On The Perfection Of Medical Education Of Law

With the continuous development of the rule of law and health, medical disputes become acute social problems, social urgent need professionals who understand law and medical to address the doctor-patient conflicts. In the context of such a society, Medical law major came into being. However, the professional development of major and social needs of people there is a gap, construction system of Medical law major has some shortcomings. Based on survey results of Medical law undergraduate education status, the article analyzes education problem and underlying causes of Medical law major. Discussing better strategies of professional education and teaching from all aspects of professional construction, author wants to benefit the construction of Medical law major and the training of medical and legal combined talents.The first part of the article overviews the stage of professional education of medical law, analyzes the problems and the underlying reasons in medical law professional education, so that the construction of medical law major improvement targeted.The second part discusses the professional training objectives and philosophy of medical law major, puts forward clear and specific training objectives, expounds the meaning and methods of enhancing complex educational philosophy.In the third part, from the view of basic construction and system of professional courses, specific measures were made to improve the basic construction of medical law and to build science professional curriculum.The fourth part discusses the teaching methods and models for reference of Medical law major. Through a variety of teaching methods and a wide range of training model, we could train more and better the applicable and compound talents of medical law.
