Public Administration Practice Of Philosophical Interpretations

The public administrative practice is important part of the administrative philosophy. Equally, public administrative practice is the premise of the correct administration and scientific administration epistemology. In the last few years, public administrative practice was referred to the high price of administrative philosophy because people lack of rational knowledge to the public administrative practice, as a result, in the process of the specific public administrative practice, the biased errors often appear. Accordingly, it is actual demand and objective requirement for the public administration theory and practice to reinforce the investigation of the public administrative practice in the field of administrative philosophy. In the study of public administrative practice, lots of important theoretical achievements in the domestic and foreign research can be used as a source of reference. But then, biased errors still exist for sure. For the moment, the domestic study of public administrative practice is still mainly staying in the research of philosophical question which run through the administrative reform practice process and the administrative development practice course. From the philosophical perspective, this article points out the nature, the law and the basic character of public administrative practice, and then expounded the essential elements of the public administrative practice in terms of the subject and the object of public administration, but also shed light on the relationship among the various elements. Meanwhile, this thesis discussed and analyzed the development tendency and the actual requirement of the public administrative practice from the perspective of development, therefore, public administrative practice in reality has been achieved the theoretical summary and sublimation. What's more, this article attempted to provide epistemological foundations and methodological guidelines to the specific public administrative practice. At the same time, this paper can render the public administrative practice on the basis of science.
