On The Mode Of Collective Administration Of Copyright Perfect

Our country's regulation of collective copyright management has been published on 28th December 2004. It means that the system of collective copyright management has been transferring to the stage of going. After that another four collective copyright management agencies were set up in China. The value of this system has being embodied gradually. But because of kinds of reasons,some problems has taken on after a period that this system has operated. And these problems did not been resolved after the regulation of collective copyright management was enacted. So based on this situation, this paper tries to give some reasonable instructions to perfect the pattern of collective copyright management.Part3, the positive research of the pattern of the collective copyright management. At first, introduced our country's legislation of the system, summarizing that our country's pattern is half-official, monopolized and voluntary. Then discussed the five organizations built up already. In my opinion, the most important problem that appeared is the confliction between the organization and the copyright users. At last, deeply analyzed the reason why the system operated badly in China, pointed out the pattern is the key reason.Part4, the perfection of the pattern of the collective copyright management. This part is the key of the paper. In my opinion, we should take two ways to perfect the pattern of the system. One is the pattern itself. The other is the related systems. We should introduce the economy system step by step, and allow the organization can be profit corporations.
