Sichuan Lawyers Through Site Operations Research

With more than twenty years of rapid development, Internet in China has formed a certain scale and gradually become more diverse. Both in daily life, work or study, people use Internet more than before, and the whole society catch the express train of the Internet. The Internet is changing the way people live, learn and work.Based on Internet, the rapid development of e-commerce has influenced and promoted the change in the pattern of social services. Especially in legal services sector, the traditional "manual" type of legal services model also is undergoing enormous changes. Law firms begin to construct their web-sites. Consumers, especially consumers of those who were born after 80's or 90's of 20th century became accustomed to the network to hire a lawyer. The development of e-commerce promoted e-commerce service industry, and the law-service platform based on e-commerce should be the future of lawyer-service industry.In this dissertation, the author analyses the operation feasibility of the legal- services platform based on e-commerce, focusing on analyzing the profitable model and operating strategy of"Sichuan General Counsel"web-site. In this dissertation, the author creatively proposed the establishment of legal services based on e-commerce platform from his own experience in business management and lawyers in the past ten years, that is to establish a"Sichuan General Counsel"net-site in Sichuan Province firstly to build a direct service platform to the Law Firm (Web client) and the end-consumer (Web users), and then gradually introduce other law firms on the strategic alliance to form a fusion of multiple interests and needs of law firms and consumers. Through integrating the existing majors and customers of network resources, we'll ultimately become the new third-party service platform of legal service industry in Sichuan Province. At the same time, it will promote the deepening cooperation and competition of among law firms, and achieve multi-win-win situation.The innovation of this study lies in firstly the services provided on this website limited to administrative areas in Sichuan Province, which nearly all focus on integration of the region's law firms to form a web of industry authority and geographical scale. Secondly, to facilitate the customers to hire the "local" lawyers, this site will build sub-sites to cover the outside the markets of Sichuan province and to provide customers with convenient legal services. Finally, this website creates Law Firm E-map for customers to search for hiring a lawyer on the site.In this dissertation, the author analyses and studies comprehensively the operation of"Sichuan General Counsel"web-site based on the related theory of e-commerce and network consumption. Finally, the author predicts and analyses the finance of the website to prove the feasibility of the web-site and the worth of the investment.
