Test The Huludao Culture Industry Revitalization Of The Road

Cultural industrial has attracted more and more interest and is becoming an ineligible element of economy development because of the low cost, high profit and sustainability. Benefit from the long history and the vast territory in China, cultural and creative industries have the bright future. Furthermore, cultural industrial is crucial to Chinese development, especially in small and medium urban areas where the first and second industrial costs high resources and are not sustainable. Therefore, cultural industrial is one of the most powerful engines to the economy development. Due to the limited developing time,however, the cultural industrial in China encounters many problems,such as the theory of cultural industrial is not mature, the development in China is not balanced and so on.This paper is the study of whether Huludao embark on the road of cultural industries in the revitalization of this issue. At present, a problem in the academic community has not yet been vast numbers of experts and scholars concern. Based on the strategy design, it can be concluded the large-scale industrial dependent economy of Huludao can be transformed into the sustainable, low-cost and high profit economy mode.This article consists of 7 sections:The motivation and the local cultural industry state, as well as the research strategy are briefly given in the first section. Section 2 describes the current cultural industries in Huludao which includes the size and the state of large culture parks,especially the development of "Zheng Island" culture.The situation of Huludao is detailed in sectionⅢin terms of history, culture, ethnic type ethnic type and geographical location, etc.,which is crucial to the utilization of the cultural resource.The fourth section is the fourth chapter, according Huludao local cultural industries research, put forward the current Huludao local cultural industries exist in the development process of four questions.The first problem is the scale of cultural industries is small, irrational industrial structure, imperfect self-development; the second question is a serious lack of professionals engaged in cultural industries; the third problem is the shortage of funds into the development of cultural industries;The fourth question is the policies that supporting the development of cultural industries need to further improve.In section V, we discuss the strengths of the cultural industrial in Huludao.The suitable consumption structure, the relative mature theory as well as the large cultural resources are the necessary conditions of successful cultural industrial.Furthermore, the importance of the cultural industrial has been recognized by the local government which carries out some policy to speed up the development. As the key-part of this thesis, the solutions are illustrated in section VI to avoid the problems and efficiently make use of current resources.The last section concludes the thesis.Once again restated my views and I have thought many of the inadequacies of this article.
