Not Fixed

When watercolor is discussed, watercolor itself has to be the host. The manifestation of watercolor all depends on the nature, you can't find anything artificial in it.The beauty of watercolor should manifest automatically. Many magnificent watercolor arts were left in the history. Two explanations of Si kong-tu's The taste of Poem indicates that "Outside is infinite, inside is perfect". Mr. Pan Bo-ying said:"It appears from nature but grows by the law; it guides by the law and reaches the nature again. The law is limited, but the nature is fully. There is nothing mystery in it." Different arts always contain each other and merge together like an organic whole. It is exactly like a grand symphony, every instrument mixes harmonically and beautifully. The differences disappear secretly, they can't even be felt.Drawing is like exuviations, and it changes completely. Mr. Wang Shao-bo is one of the leaders of modern watercolor painting, he is brave, elegant, accurate and independent; and he found his own path at his golden times. "By other's faults, wise men correct their own", how could Mr. Wang Shao-bo get his achievements? I argued that it is because he absorbed the merits of the Chinese painting, the oil painting and many other essences of different painting skills, and finally obtained his own watercolor painting styles. Mr. Wang Shao-bo works fully reflected his exploration on the way of watercolor painting nationalized process. He united his romantic feeling, sharp thinking, and exquisite skill with his knowledge, learning and characters; he combined west way and east way, mixed different kinds of views, and finally accomplished his own Chinese style of watercolor painting. His watercolor painting full of Chinese charming point and Chinese spirit, this process is precisely explained why "the law is not fixed." We said that "the law is not fixed", but the law should have fixed rules. We said that the law has no limitation, but we didn't mean to cut off the limitation. Mr. Wang Shao-bo used one law to unify different laws, his constant effort yields sure success. And for me, I take one law to compare with the other laws and get my own law. Then I find that all the laws are in harmony.There is no fixed law but the way is always the same, it all depends on your mind. we said that "the law is not fixed", but the law should have fixed rules; it sounds like an antinomy, it is hard to explain.
