This paper, through describing sentence type's markers of all kind of sentences in the uygur the biography of Xuanzang (Uygur Xuanzang Zhuan) and analyse using of these markers and comparing with modern turkic languages, is to define factions of some words as sentence type's markers, to get marker's features in position, quality and so on, to investigate relationship between sentence type's markers and sentence type, and to show grammaticalization process.Syntactic Research is the weak field in the area of old Turkic grammar. No one had done systematic research about sentence type's markers in the old Turkic. And this paper will fill this field. Recently comparing research of old Turkic with the ancient Chinese belongs to simple contrast in phonetic, borrowing vocabulary and main semantic of text. This paper will do more deeply comparing in grammatical area of these two ancient languages. All research in this field will help us to better know syntactic structure of the old Turkic, features of these markers, modes of transform from marked language to non-marked language, and get the clear meaning of uighur text. The main research method is constructing. Firstly define the sentences type in the ancient Chinese, then make sure corresponding position in the uighur text, and then analyze these sentences and generalize features of these markers, secondly find all sentence with these markers in the uighur text, then generalize them.Hardly avoidable problems are whether comparing from Chinese text is exact, whether evidences are ample, whether the uncompleted or nonfull text will get wrong in the reading. For these problems in this paper markers will be compared in different levers and confirmed sentences will be used.
