Many people are willing to understand the Chinese culture, but it is often hard to understand the Pentateuch, and they can not grasp the subject. And future generations of Confucianism seem to be seeking the pursuit of doing nothing, and despising for economic development. Purposes of this article are to clarify what the Chinese culture in the end would like to talk.This article argues that Chinese culture would like to talk about a problem that Where Destiny is when humble people become honorable? And where the legitimacy is when the movement between classes takes place.The situation of movement between classes from the Spring and Autumn Period to the Warring States Period:Relying on the knowledge and ability, Fan Sui, Zeise, Su Qin, Zhang Yi,"become prime minister from humble people", and Sun Bin, Bai Qi and Yue, Lian Po, Wang Jian et al,"become General from little people".
