| Yuanmei is a comprehensive expert on the inspiration in Qianlong period, Qing dynasty. His art theory has a huge impact then and later for a long time. From then on, people have a big controversial talking about inspiration. They thought that the spirituality and true feeling is similar, almost identical. At the same time, there are a number of experts have different view on the issue. As the development of the research, some expert think we could divide the spirituality into two respects, one is true feeling, the other is inspiration. The other experts explain the spirituality into three factors, the first is true feeling, the second is talent, and the third is inspiration. Among all the ideas, the third explanation is approaching to the initial intent undoubtedly. The author tries to stand on the ancestors'research on the spirituality. Stand by the core of the spirituality, we will analysis the ingredients of spirituality further, enrich the intrinsic meanings, provide a new way to the connotation of spirituality. At the last, we will accord to the true feeling, after that, we will think about the whole literal art. We will expose the true feeling in four factors:First, we will follow the poetry of truth for the discussion or ideas of writer, poet before Yuanmei. We will find that the true feeling in the whole of human nature has been no way to achieve an independent status, until the appearing of Yuan Mei's theory. The natural temperature is considered to be a real sense of the rational liberation. Then the author discusses in the second part of the Yuan Mei's theory for four parts, expose to the concept of poetic truth, have a right attitude to the poem, poetry itself, need to show the true feeling until the readers accept true feelings in the article, the four points of aesthetic d concept of spirituality.
