On The Book Table Annotation Research

The Lun shu biao (On Calligraphy) is an important works about the calligraphy theory which was written by Yu He. Because of the present condition of the complicated editions and the deficiency of the research, this thesis tries to collect the relative editions and the study information of Lun shu biao (On Calligraphy), which is based on the past achievements. Then I began to collate the editions of Lun shu biao (On Calligraphy) and annotate it, and dated from the edition development of the article. According to the research of the edition, this study researches some relative aspects, which emphasize researches of the critic standpoints of calligraphy, the biography of calligrapher and the writing method of calligraphy theory. This study aims to refer to a reliable basis of the related researches, and made an tentative study of combining the edition with the history of art, so as to conduct the further study of the artistic theories.
