Open Text Training

Text, as an essential part in drama acting and teaching, has failed to be fully explored and employed. It is the author's belief that there is no fixed model in teaching of drama acting despite some so-called long-standing laws. The paper proposes that open-text-training, as a complementary way to teach clip show, should be used to develop actor's creativity. Limted words from texts can stimulate huge potential from actors.The author approaches and analyzes text's in acting teaching from an objective point. The parper reviews development of open-text-training, introduces how it is employed in teaching and analyzes potential problems. It is the author's wish that more people can understand this method and contribute to improvement of open-text-training.
