Nowadays in china, a number of persons pursue piano performing as the future career, through hard working, some of them have already got widely accept, even got the appreciate of world class pianists. However, it is ubiquitous that many of these performers can not keep developing continuously. So we are urgently to seek the way by which the performers can make a long life in piano arts and become eligible disseminators of music culture.This thesis studies the effectiveness that the comprehensive qualities make on piano performing arts, and discusses the methods to cultivate excellent piano performing arts from four aspects, such as performing technique, theoretical education, humanity culture, and mental quality etc. Eliciting from the discussing of cultivating piano performers' comprehensive qualities, this thesis summarizes two problems need to be solved urgently. Firstly, both the music amateurs and the professional students should change the conception of "attaching importance on performing technique while making light on music culture", and the students, teachers and parents should cooperate tightly to make progress in performing arts. Secondly, Chinese piano performers should put more attention on the immanent nationality and time spirit. Basing on Chinese culture, we should absorb foreign culture actively, and quest for the self fitting piano performing arts with Chinese characteristic. At the same time, we should melt the classical style and modern feature as a whole, so that can be accepted by modern society more easily. By these ways, we can dedicate for the music career more effectively.
