Yun County Dialect Voice

Yun County is located at the junction of Henan and Shanxi provinces in the northwest of Hubei Province, and it is across South and North sides of Han River. Since the Ming Dynasty, Yun County has been a legacy of regional jurisdiction. As a result of legacy migration,the dominance is gradually weakening from the end of the 1960s. The special historical and geographical position makes the Dialect have their old personality and show the mixed complexity.This article systematically checks the same sound of Yunxian dialect words and vocabularies,comes up with a homonym of the word glossary and tables on the basis of the field recording investigation by TFW;then sorts out Yunxian dialect phonology and compares with the sound of medieval history by TFD. Based on the previous description and comparative analysis, this article has summarized Yunxian dialect (exists in the word, vocabulary, syntax) unique phonetic phenomenon and tried to explain the characteristic phenomenon from ancient and modern phonetic evolution, experimental phonetics and sociolinguistics.Finally according to Yunxian special historical and geographical status as well as several standards of the Southwestern Dialect Mandarin,Zhongyuan Mandarin,Jin Dialect with neighboring Yunxian Dialect,the discussion focuses on the nature and attribution of Yunxian Dialect.The full text consists of the preface and the body. Preface introduces the Yunxian geographical overview of the history, language usage; confirms the specific subjects of this article, the theoretical basis for research; and describes research purposes and the significance of other basic conditions. The body which is divided into four chapters is the main body of the article including descriptions of dialect and the two major pieces of research topics.The second chapter describes the phonology transfer system of Yunxian dialect.The third chapter describes the results of comparison with the medieval sound system and initially sums up some of the phonological aspects of the law of transfer. The fourth chapter is a glossary.The fifth chapter first questions the current nature of the ownership of Yunxian Dialect from the Hubei whole dialect research and Yun County district based on the dialect; then summarizes in detail the phonetic characteristics of Yunxian dialect and tries to explain the phenomenon in order to provide detailed evidence of the characteristics of the dialect; in conjunction with special historical, geographical position of Yun County, initially infers Yunxian Dialect is a hybrid of the authority of the dialect; finally from entering tone with the three neighboring dialects: Mandarin Southwest, Jin, Zhongyuan Mandarin makes a comparison , And then in the light of the three major dialects of the criteria for the classification makes comparisons one by one.Through the systematic description and analysis, we reached a preliminary conclusion that Yunxian Dialect not only remains the original dialect components close to the ancient Chinese nation's common language, but also has the elements that it has absorbed from the sound side of the immigrants in accordance with the principles of the most economical integration.
