Heshun located in Tengchong county of Baoshan of district of Yunnan province. It was founded by the military families of the Ming Dynasty, they were ordered to defend the border by the emperor. Later, more and more people came to this place, and it became a small town with ten clans. It is close to Burma, many Heshun people emigrated to Burma to earn life, because of Heshun had no enough food to support the increasing populations. Generally, Heshun people did business in Burma, trade had contributed to the prosperity of Heshun, it not only brought the material wealth to Heshun, but also introduced the new thoughts to the Heshun people. Heshun is a good place with splendid culture. With the formal establishment of national borders, the road to the outside world was to be cut, and Heshun people could not go to Burma without permission. they started to pick the farm implements up, to be farmers again like their ancestors. The performance of prosperity of Heshun just is a case that can illustrate the relationship between the globalization and localization .In fact , on the one hand, globalization has impact on localization, on the another hand, localization has impact on globalization too, this is the real relationship between them. through history, culture and social structure of Heshun ,we can find out that the village uses its local knowledge to resist the force from the outside, meanwhile, "marginal society" in its own social and cultural networks which have the centrality. The self-output customs, habits and lives of the villagers for their own explanation is that the continuity of the village community lifeline. This dissertation is divided into six chapters, Chapter One is Introduction, it describes the purpose and significance of the research, and to review the previous studies relevant to the subject. Chapter Two deals with the history of the humanities and social structure of Heshun, and use Ethnographic approach to show the all aspects of life in Heshun. Chapter Three describes history and stories about the people who had been to Burma. Chapter Four attempts to encapsulate Heshun people's spiritual belief system. Chapter Five listens to different voices about the tourism development . Chapter Six shows the author views on village's future . I believe that the "marginal" villages in their own social and cultural networks which have a "central". Globalization does not remove localization, In fact they build each other. "Rural society" has the ability to retain their own culture based on the characteristic of "culturalconsciousness".
