Chinese People's Anti-Japanese Political and Military University (hereinafter referred to Kang Da) was founded on the eve of the Sino-Japanese War broke out, with the aim was to train the patriotic young people from different backgrounds , section and cultural level to the military and political personnel who can shoulder the responsibility of national liberation.
